AsheFlow ("AsheFlow", "we", "us", or "our") operates an AI-powered platform that helps premium creator businesses manage fan conversations, relationships, content, and analytics. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of the platform, and limited information from the third-party services you choose to connect.
- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), business or creator name, and billing details.
- Platform data: messages, fan profiles, notes, tags, and content you import or create within AsheFlow so we can power your AI Inbox, Fan CRM, and Content Studio.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and timestamps, collected automatically to improve reliability and performance.
- Payment data: subscription plan and billing history. Card numbers are never stored on our servers — they are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
- Communications: messages you send us for support, sales, or partnership inquiries.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the AsheFlow platform, including AI-generated replies, automations, and analytics;
- Personalize your experience, including tone-matching AI suggestions to your voice;
- Process payments and manage your subscription;
- Send you service updates, security alerts, and support messages;
- Send product updates and marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Improve and develop new features based on aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data or your fans' data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate AsheFlow, under contractual obligations to protect it:
- Stripe processes subscription payments on our behalf. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant, and we never see or store your full card number.
- OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude) process message content to generate AI reply suggestions, captions, and other AI-assisted content. This content is sent securely for the purpose of generating a response and is not used by these providers to train their general-purpose models.
- Infrastructure and analytics providers help us host the platform, store data securely, and understand product usage at an aggregate level.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you.
Data Security
We take security seriously because your business — and your fans' trust — depends on it. AsheFlow uses 256-bit encryption to protect data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls internally, and regular security reviews of our infrastructure. Payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant systems. While no platform can guarantee absolute security, we work continuously to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you;
- Export your data in a portable format;
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data;
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly;
- Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal and billing record retention requirements.
