1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AsheFlow, the AI operating system for premium creator businesses, including our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AsheFlow.
2. Description of Service
AsheFlow provides tools for managing fan conversations, relationships, content, and analytics for premium creator businesses, including an AI-powered inbox, fan CRM, automation flows, content generation tools, and reporting. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan and may change as we improve the Service.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an AsheFlow account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you operate, manage, or are authorized to act on behalf of a creator business on a supported platform (such as OnlyFans or Fansly) or a related premium content service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at asheflowagency@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Billing
AsheFlow offers the following plans: Starter ($0/mo), Pro ($79/mo), and Agency ($249/mo), each with different feature limits as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
- We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AsheFlow to:
- Violate any applicable law, or the terms of service of any connected platform (including OnlyFans or Fansly);
- Send spam, deceptive, or fraudulent communications to fans or third parties;
- Upload or process content involving minors, non-consensual material, or any illegal content;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service or its underlying AI models;
- Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself to fans or other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AsheFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested replies, captions, and other content based on your tone, prior messages, and instructions. AI-generated content is a suggestion, not a guarantee of accuracy, tone, or appropriateness for every situation. You — the creator or account owner — are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated reply or content before it is sent to a fan or published, whether reviewed manually or through an automation you configure. You remain in control at all times: AsheFlow does not send messages on your behalf without your setup and consent, and you can review or disable automations from your dashboard at any time. AsheFlow is not liable for the consequences of AI-generated content that you choose to send without review.
7. Intellectual Property
AsheFlow and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by AsheFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the content you upload, create, or generate through the Service, including messages, captions, and fan data. By using the Service, you grant AsheFlow a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using AsheFlow and close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsheFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which AsheFlow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal and operational reasons. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of AsheFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
